Shipping policy

Our goal is to fulfill your purchase as quickly as possible. 

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Unless otherwise specified, all domestic and international orders are shipped USPS ground. 

Packages marked as delivered but 'not received' are your responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands, we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track them down on our end.

We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
